Beach Wedding in Spain
Bassel and Cameron were first brought to me by Bassel’s mother, Huda, who I then worked closely with to provide an evening that the newly married couple would never forget. Having married in England, where they reside, meant that many of their family members, who live across the globe in America, Switzerland, and Dubai (to name a few places), could not attend and desperately wished to send the happy couple their kind blessings. This meant that it fell to Huda to organise a family celebration that everyone could attend and she luckily chose Marbella for the location and White Wedding Days for help.
We met at the chosen venue – Las Cuchis, Playa Fantastica – in Puerto Banus some months before the celebration and worked out exactly what both Huda and Bassel and Cameron wanted – something relaxed, elegant, and with a style reminiscent of Mamma Mia’s energy and fun.
Well, we certainly fulfilled the brief as from the minute guests walked in; they were dancing and partying until they had to sit down for dinner. While most guests dined on salt-baked sea bass and seafood paella, there were others who just couldn’t resist the lure of the dancefloor and entertained us all with their energetic dancing.
After a touching tribute to the married couple from Bassel’s sister including a picture slideshow, the guests were once more on the dancefloor until the early hours when they enjoyed sweet treats from Divinas Tartas.
